With 30 years of engineering experience in a broad range of engineering projects, Mark will describe his present role as the Water Resources & Planning Manager for the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority.  He will detail  SAWPA's integrated watershed planning efforts within the Santa Ana Watershed in moving towards sustainability, and why he became a LEED AP.  Mr. Norton is a registered civil engineer in California and Colorado.  Please join us for this exciting presentation.
